Our team is always available to help you get the most out of Origin and to answer any questions you may have. There is also a robust in-product support function that provides our clients with immediate access to reference materials and best practices.

Who owns the data that customers upload to Origin?

You own the data that you upload to Origin. We do not share your data with other customers or third parties. The data you enter or import is exclusively yours.

How do you keep my data secure?

We follow industry-leading practices and processes with respect to data management – and meet the rigorous security controls and annual audit requirements of many of the world’s largest institutional investment firms.

What are the pricing options for Origin?

There are many different pricing structures depending on the needs of the customer. Our base agreements include a per user price for each standard user and a light user option for read only access. For more information you can request a quote based on your company’s specific needs. We can also help you calculate the ROI of subscribing to Origin based on the actual efficiency gains reported by current Origin users.

What kind of reporting or analytics features

Origin provides a range of reporting and analytics features that help users leverage their data to make better investment decisions. These include pipeline reports, deal overviews, maps, dashboards, comparable searches and tools that allow you to easily compare deals.

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients can be onboarded and start to see benefits of the software within 4-6 weeks. Onboarding will be scoped out based on your company’s individual needs.
