With more than two decades of experience at the intersection of real estate and technology, Raj combines strategic vision with deep industry insight to solve long-standing inefficiencies in how deals are sourced, evaluated, and executed, helping investors, lenders, and brokers make faster, more confident decisions.
Before Altrio, he built and led real estate technology ventures and held senior roles in product and operations, grounding his leadership in both practical execution and innovation. Raj holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Calgary and a BA in Economics, Political Science & Philosophy from the University of Toronto, and is passionate about building tools that unlock real estate’s digital future.
