James Hicklin is Director of Engineering at Altrio, where he leads the development and evolution of the company’s core platform to help real estate investment professionals operate more efficiently and make confident, data-driven decisions. Combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, James partners closely with product and customer teams to translate complex challenges into reliable, scalable solutions clients can depend on every day.
Prior to joining Altrio in 2023, he founded J&G Hicklin Consulting Ltd. and held engineering leadership roles at Pavestep and KNAPP Logistics Automation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia.
