Brittani brings experience building and scaling people functions across multiple startups at various stages of growth, giving her a practical, adaptable approach to creating resilient, high-performing organizations. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Digital Media and is passionate about fostering environments where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to do their best work.
