In this edition, we'll dive into the new and improved Overviews, the addition of Lease and Units comps to Deals, and the insightful 'Asset by Deal' view. Overviews
Reporting in Origin got a lot more powerful in Q1. You can now build customized, exportable Overviews for deals, assets, portfolios and companies. These Overviews can contain key information summaries, tables, photos, maps, charts and free-form text.
Comparables
Offering Memorandums extracted by our Data Service will now automatically add both Lease and Unit comps to the Comparables section of every deal, giving users immediate access to even more pertinent data. Users can also search for and save additional Lease or Unit comps against any deal.
Asset by Deal
You can now view Assets, along with deal-specific metrics (ex. In-place NOI, allocated purchase price, etc.) by Deal, giving you unique insight into how an Asset’s value or attributes changed from acquisition to disposition – or across multiple acquisition opportunities.
