Altrio Founders

Raj has spent over twenty years working at the intersection of real estate and technology. He was the co-founder and CEO of Voyanta, a real estate data management and analytics platform. Raj sold Voyanta to ARGUS in 2016 and subsequently joined ARGUS as Executive Vice President, Product Management and Marketing. Prior to that, he was Co-founder and Executive Director at Hipercept, which was acquired by RealPage in 2019. He started his career at Brookfield, where he led the internal development of proprietary software solutions. Raj has an MBA from the University of Calgary.

Jon has spent his career building and scaling cloud software products across finance, retail and real estate. Most recently, Jon was the Deputy CTO at FundApps, a FinTech regulatory compliance start-up, where he led the company’s transition to the cloud and supported aggressive growth while meeting the strenuous compliance requirements of the world’s largest banks and hedge funds. Prior to that, Jon co-founded and was CTO of Retail Loop, building mobile workflow solutions for retailers, including major FTSE 100 retailers in the UK. Jon has a Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of Kent.
